Marketing
Website Update: As a reminder, Phase 1 of our new website rollout will be LIVE on October 5th! Watch the webinar replay and training in Coassemble.
AI Brand Image Update: As a friendly reminder, we are not permitting AI-generated posts as a brand. If you need to create assets, you can use templates already created in the Shoot 360 portal https://www.shoot360portal.com
Do: Visit the “Brand” templates under “Grassroots” and “Categories of Business” to find a template you want to edit and customize. If you need training on how to make edits, you can find the training in Coassemble titled “Canva”.
Social Media Update: Recurring office hours for “Social Media Best Practices” will soon begin!
Do: Keep an eye out for the invite sent by Justin Thompson shortly. The sessions will be offered bi-weekly starting Thursday, October 8th.

Back 2 Ball: Corporate will verify athlete visits Monday and provide locations with the names of athletes who reached 25+ visits and earned an Honor Roll T Shirt; Corporate may reach out for T shirt sizes if the athlete does not have one on file from All Star Summer.
Back 2 Ball: Back 2 Ball ends Sunday, September 27th! Monday make sure you hand each participating athlete their completed report card to celebrate their progress and growth. Parents will appreciate seeing how much their athlete has improved!
