We are currently working on key strategic projects that were announced on the In The Zone Virtual Conference. The next set of key projects to launch over the coming months is below. Stay tuned for more details and dates to be announced once we are closer to launch.

NEW WEBSITE!
We’re almost there! After months of work, our new front-end website and re-platform to WordPress is on track to launch Monday, October 5, which is a major milestone.
The new site will give franchisees more flexibility for local customization, help drive sales, improve SEO, and strengthen our brand while creating a better customer experience. We’re excited about what this opens up for the system!
The team is working hard to ensure a smooth launch. Major shoutout to Jakeob Maygra for his incredible work on this project.

Tech Support is the first stop for issues. If anything arises, Franchisees should email tech support so we can track inquiries and resolve them as quickly as possible. The team will be at the ready!
As with any technology launch, there may be a few hiccups. We have a process in place to work through them, and launch day is just the beginning. Thank you for your partnership in getting us to this milestone! Your feedback along with the FAC has helped shape this project, and we’re excited to celebrate the launch together!
Technology
What's New: Check out the latest updates and fixes for the Shoot 360 app, gym management system, and workout stations on the Release Notes page.
Marketing
Vistaprint Update: A brand gift certificate can be found in the Vista Print Pro Shop.
Update: As a friendly reminder, we are not permitting AI-generated posts as a brand. If you need to create assets, you can use templates already created in the Shoot 360 portal https://www.shoot360portal.com
Do: Visit the “Brand” templates and find “Grassroots” and “Categories of Business” to find template you like to edit and customize. If you need training on how to make edits, you can find the training in Coassemble titled “Canva”.
Update: Recurring office hours for “Social Media Best Practices” will soon begin!
Do: Keep an eye out for the invite sent by Justin Thompson shortly. The sessions will be offered bi-weekly starting Thursday, October 8th. Bring your questions or just show up to learn more from Justin and hear what your colleagues are learning in their markets too. Managers or support who helps you run socials are welcome to join as well- feel free to forward once the invite is out!
