Do: Contact 10 at-risk members this week.
How: Review your Last Visit report in Mindbody and personally reach out to at least five athletes who haven't visited in the past two weeks. Sending a quick message to check-in can go a long way toward improving retention and showing families that you care about their athlete’s progress.
