Push: All Star Summer. Review and approve upcoming posts in SOCi so content doesn’t get missed or delayed.
Use: Log into SOCi, go to the Social tab, then navigate to the Content Calendar to review and approve scheduled posts.

Update: HS & MS 3-Ball Leagues have been cancelled for summer so we create a stronger go-to-market approach for all franchisees.

Do: Share feedback on what could work best for Back 2 Ball in your market.

Sales
Owners: Schedule your monthly P&L and June KPI goal alignment meeting with your FBC. Schedule before May 29, to start the month of June with an execution plan in place.
Do: Ensure all Q1 financials have been reported to Monique for accurate P&L review.
General Managers: Final push for Memorial Day clinic attendance & clinic execution.
Operations
Required: SafeSport Training must be updated annually for all franchisees and employees to ensure we protect and safeguard all members.
