New Features

  • Fix Unpaid Appointments Button: Staff can now use a new button to retry payment on an unpaid appointment. You no longer have to delete the appointment and book it again. Automatic daily retries are planned for a future release.

  • Late Cancel Cutoff Tooltip: A tooltip on the "Late Cancel Cutoff" setting in Admin Portal Location Settings now explains what the setting does.

Bug Fixes

  • Duplicate memberships in checkout: Memberships no longer appear more than once in the website checkout dropdown.

  • Comp PT and ORV bookings: Booking a comp PT or ORV far in advance no longer fails with a "payment required" error.

  • Changing coaches per class/enrollment: You can once again assign a different coach to an individual class or enrollment.

  • Coach availability: Fixed an issue where a coach could show as available when they weren't.

  • Login issues: Fixed login failures for users whose device clock didn't match the server time.
